January, 2018: The system is now in operation, utilizing wet distiller’s grain as the fuel source. The grain is dried using our drum dryer and then fed back into the system.
December, 2017: Installation of project is complete. The system will begin operation in January 2018.
October, 2017: All of the major components are on-site and the gasification system is completely installed. Installation should be complete in November, 2017.
April, 2016: This system will process Wet Distiller’s Grain for their ethanol plant. It will also process some digestate from cow manure that is being processed through their existing digester. The project will be developed in 2 phases, and will eventually provide the energy to produce steam for their ethanol production facility. The design and initial engineering work is complete, and most of the equipment has been ordered. Some components have already been delivered on site, and the fabrication of the gasifier and oxidizer is in progress.
